This high-level administrative position is responsible for providing dedicated support to the Executive Director while managing the administration for Board of Directors meetings, events, and subcommittees.
Responsibilities
- Board of Directors Administration: Coordinate and manage all aspects of board meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, logistics, and follow-up.
- Event & Subcommittee Coordination: Organize and execute events and subcommittee meetings, ensuring all necessary resources and materials are in place.
- Executive Assistance: Manage the Executive Director's calendar, travel arrangements, and correspondence with precision and discretion.
- Program Manager Support: Provide administrative support to agency program managers, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing documentation.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar high-level administrative role.
- Demonstrable experience in board or event administration.
- Proficient computer skills, typing, and 10-key required.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software and Adobe Acrobat.
