This is a senior-level administrative position that provides high-level support to the Executive Director and manages the administration for Board of Directors meetings, events, and subcommittees.
Key Duties
- Manage the Executive Director's calendar, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of board meetings.
- Organize and execute events and subcommittee meetings.
- Provide administrative support to agency program managers.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar high-level administrative role.
- Demonstrable experience in board or event administration.
- Proficient computer skills, typing, and 10-key required.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software and Adobe Acrobat.
