Position Function:
The Graphic Designer is responsible for developing creative concepts and propelling visual content across multiple channels. The Graphic Designer will play a key role in supporting the Bank's marketing initiatives by designing customer communications, marketing collateral, and digital assets in alignment with standards and regulatory guidelines.
Reporting to the Brand Marketing Manager, the Graphic Designer will help maintain and elevate the Bank's visual identity, ensuring consistency and creativity across all touchpoints.
Facilitate initiatives to position the Bank and its employees with a positive and visible public corporate image in the community and our marketplace in alignment with the Bank's corporate objectives, and execute internal initiatives to foster positive communications within and among all areas of the Company.

Primary Accountabilities:
Graphic Design Development
- Design and develop creative assets for a variety of marketing materials, including (but not limited to) print ads, digital assets, direct mail pieces, promotional flyers, in-branch merchandising, email templates, social media graphics, and other campaign-related content.
- Support photography needs, including image selection and basic photo editing.
- Assist with video editing for marketing and internal communications as needed.
- Ensure all creative executions are visually compelling, aligned with business objectives, and compliant with brand guidelines.
- Maintain high attention to detail to ensure accuracy and brand consistency across all deliverables.
Project Management
- Manage all projects, workflow, and timelines, inclusive of creative services, collateral, and graphic design needs. Consult, collaborate, and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met to expectation.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with frequent quick-turnaround projects.
- Ability to rapidly shift priorities and manage multiple high-impact design tasks with efficiency and focus.
Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate outsourced projects with third party service providers (i.e. sub-contracted designers, printers, installers, etc.) Participate in the development of marketing materials produced by the Bank’s ad agency as needed.
Compliance
- Ensure regulatory compliance with all marketing materials. Interact cooperatively with stakeholders, agencies, and management to resolve compliance findings. Per regulatory guidelines, retain all approved materials according to established policies and procedures and work with the Compliance Department on audit reviews. Support all other compliance-related assignments as required for agency/regulatory compliance. Maintain records, electronic files, and database for audit purposes. Conduct periodic internet audits to enforce marketing compliance requirements. Marketing policies under advisement that must be reviewed on at minimum an annual basis:

Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year university in a related field required.
- Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year university in a related field preferred.
Experience:
- 3 years of experience in graphic design, marketing or related experience (A bachelor’s degree can substitute for 2 years of work experience.)
Physical Requirements & Working Conditions:
- Must be able to perform light physical work and to move or lift items including but not limited to boxes, files and papers up to 20 pounds unless otherwise as indicated.
- Must be able to operate and proficiently use standard office equipment, including phone, copier, personal computer and/or other work related mechanical or electronic devices and applications.
- Must be able to clearly communicate verbally and in writing with all internal and external customers. Must also be able to hear sufficiently to engage in daily discussions and interactions.
- Must be able to read and understand bank-related documents.
- Must be able to work in a conventional office setting, involving sitting at a desk or workstation for long periods of time. Must also be able to adapt to different work environments as needed to perform the job.
