What You’ll Do
Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and budget.
Oversee client expectations, communication, and requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Break down complex projects into clear, logical tasks and maintain detailed project plans.
Utilize project management frameworks, tools, and methodologies as defined within the PMO.
Influence and motivate project teams and clients to meet key deliverables.
Drive effective communication between stakeholders, external partners, and internal teams.
Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively manage challenges.
Maintain project momentum by tracking timelines, addressing delays, and keeping leadership informed.
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for program implementations.
Refine large amounts of complex information into clear, concise insights for leadership updates.
Foster a collaborative environment and contribute to the continuous improvement of project management methodologies.
Support the mentorship of junior Project Managers and interns, as assigned.

What You Bring
Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
Ability to anticipate challenges, ask insightful questions, and drive process improvements.

Qualifications
Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
3 years of project management experience, preferably in banking, payments, or fintech.
Proven experience managing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams.
