What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager, Patient Financial Services position at Central Peninsula General Hospital?
This position is eligible for CRITICAL POSITION BONUS equal to $10,000!
Current employees are not eligible for the Critical Position Bonus.
POSITION SUMMARY: The Patient Financial Services Manager, under the general direction of the Revenue Cycle Director, coordinates and supervises the Patient Financial Services staff and all accounts receivables activity to ensure timely cash flow for the hospital, compliant billing practices and excellent customer service.
REQUIREMENTS:

High School Diploma/GED
-
3 years of Medical Office experience
-
Thorough knowledge of insurance and government billing requirements, and HIPAA

General knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 concepts
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Certified Revenue Cycle Specialist (CRCS) from the American Association of Healthcare Administrative Management (AAHAM)

Pay: $74,360.83 - $84,983.81 per year DOE
