Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical/Surgical Director at Central Peninsula Hospital. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, collaborating with physicians in various specialties such as cardiology, neurology, and oncology, and ensuring high-quality patient care.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Nursing
· State of Alaska Registered Nurse licensure upon hire
· 3 years of acute care experience in a hospital setting
· Ability to work effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
· Strong leadership and management skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Experience in a healthcare leadership role

Pay rate posted is the starting range based on experience.
Salary : $127,000 - $145,000
