What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist I - HP position at Central Peninsula Hospital?
POSITION SUMMARY: The Heritage Place Receptionist is the first point of contact for our families and visitors. The position must understand the different departments in the facility and direct inquiries to the appropriate location. The receptionist has a high level of resident contact and must be comfortable with our geriatric population. The receptionist will provide some secretarial support to the HP Administrator and other departments as assigned. The receptionist maintains calendars, maintains filings and records and distributes incoming mail and faxes.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or GED
PREFERRED:
- 6 months of customer service experience
- Associates-general studies
