Plains Ag/Central Plains Equipment, an employee-owned, certified Case IH dealer, is looking for a motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Regional General Manager. The selected candidate will provide overall direction for the company’s region (Burlington CO, Holyoke CO, Yuma CO, Garden City KS, Goodland KS, Sharon Springs KS) in ways that assure its on-going stability and growth. This candidate will effectively manage and develop both store and department leaders and to ensure they are effective at doing the same with all other region employees in ways that contribute to both high performance and satisfaction.
