POSITION: Assistant Football Coach - Two Positions Available
BUILDING: Scenic Middle School
SALARY: $3107.71
Position Overview:
Scenic Middle School is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Football Coach to join our dynamic coaching staff. This position offers the opportunity to assist in leading and developing student-athletes as part of the district’s comprehensive grade 7-12 football program. The ideal candidate will have a passion for football, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to fostering student-athletes’ physical, mental, and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in coaching both middle school (grades 7-8), supporting the head coach in developing and implementing practice plans, drills, and game strategies.
- Help lead training sessions focused on player development, technique, conditioning, and teamwork.
- Serve as a positive role model for student-athletes, helping to develop discipline, sportsmanship, and leadership qualities both on and off the field.
- Support the team during games, practices, and other football-related events as needed.
- Assist in gear checkouts and inventory,
- Attend as many coaching clinics as possible,
