As a Bituminous Roller Operator you will be in charge of rolling patterns to help to get the best density to make the best roads from start to finish.
Requirements:
- Must be able to travel throughout Minnesota, North and South Dakota
- Regular, consistent attendance and regular overtime at all assigned job sites
- Valid Driver’s License, preferably Class A
- Acceptable motor vehicle record
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
- Physical strength and endurance to perform all principal duties and responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Determines speed and direction of machine and compressibility of materials under changing temperatures to eliminate ridges
- While operating equipment, maintain clear and effective communication with people and equipment around you
- Performs maintenance and light repairs to roller
- Performs other tasks as needed
- Complies with Company Safety Program
