We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Outside Sales Account Representative for our Engineered Products Division. This is a full-time position that offers a unique opportunity to drive growth in Southern Nebraska. The selected candidate will be integral in managing existing accounts, developing new business, enhancing customer satisfaction, generating leads, and conducting impactful sales calls.

We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Outside Sales Account Representative for our Engineered Products Division. This is a full-time position that offers a unique opportunity to drive growth in Minneapolis and the surrounding area. The selected candidate will be integral in managing existing accounts, developing new business, enhancing customer satisfaction, generating leads, and conducting impactful sales calls.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve profitable revenue growth in the assigned territory.
  • Proactively manage and grow existing customer relationships and secure new clients.
  • Showcase our diverse product offerings, including Goulds, Viking, Waukesha, Wilden, Seepex, and more.
  • Collaborate with Inside Sales to fully meet customer needs.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
  • Consistently expand both new and existing accounts.
  • Daily travel within the assigned territory to develop business and engage with customers.
  • Maintain meticulous records of sales activities, address non-conformances and customer complaints, and manage accounts within the territory.

Qualifications:

  • Direct experience in Industrial Rotating Equipment sales.
  • A degree in Business, Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A customer-service-oriented mentality is crucial.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Mechanical aptitude.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging a diverse range of clients and team members.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, even in a remote setting.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • A dedication to continuous learning and adapting to market and product evolutions.
