We are seeking a Contracts Administrator to manage subcontract negotiations, vehicle registrations, and other key administrative responsibilities.
Job Summary:
The Contracts Administrator will be responsible for handling subcontract agreements, managing DMV-related tasks for company vehicles, processing electronic bank transfers (ECS), and ensuring compliance with financial and regulatory requirements. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple administrative functions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Subcontract Management:
- Review, negotiate, and finalize subcontracts with vendors and subcontractors.
- Ensure all contract terms comply with company policies and industry regulations.
- Maintain organized records of all subcontract agreements.
DMV & Vehicle Registration:
- Handle company vehicle registrations, renewals, and title transfers.
- Ensure all fleet vehicles comply with state and federal regulations.
- Track registration deadlines and manage necessary documentation.
Bank ECS & Financial Administration:
- Process and manage electronic bank transfers (ECS) for payments.
- Coordinate with financial institutions and internal teams to ensure accuracy.
- Assist with banking documentation and approvals.
General Administrative Support:
- Maintain contract files, vehicle records, and financial documentation.
- Track compliance deadlines and provide reporting as needed.
- Assist with additional administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Experience in contract administration, procurement, or a related field preferred.
- Knowledge of subcontract negotiations, legal compliance, and DMV vehicle registration processes.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new software.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Pay: $84,999.00 - $89,633.00 per year
