Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans for students requiring remedial instruction.
- Collaborate with school administrators, classroom teachers, and related staff to ensure effective instructional delivery.
- Administer assessments and analyze data to inform instruction and make data-driven decisions.
- Provide regular progress updates to parents and stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of district-wide initiatives aimed at improving student outcomes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in education and valid Pennsylvania Reading Specialist K-12 certification required.
- Prior experience as a classroom teacher is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively, and maintain confidentiality.
