* Provide regular progress updates to parents and guardians through written reports.
* Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting of student data and progress.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in education and a valid Pennsylvania Reading Specialist K-12 certification is required.
* Prior experience as a classroom teacher is preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

This is a full-time exempt position that conforms to the negotiated requirements between the CSIU board and teachers' bargaining unit following an 188-day school year schedule.
