The Central Susquehanna Intermediate Unit is seeking a full-time Early Head Start Child Development and Instructional Manager to oversee the daily supervision and coordination of the disabilities, education, mental health, and nutrition components.

Work Environment:
This position is based at the Sunbury Children's Center and offers flexible work arrangements, including remote telework options. The ideal candidate will work 7.5 hours per day, 260 days per year.

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, applicants must possess a Bachelor's degree in early childhood, special education, or a related field. A Master's degree in one of these areas is preferred. Minimum five years' experience working directly with children, preferably within Head Start, Early Head Start, or early childhood settings. Prior supervisory experience or equivalent experience supervising students, classroom volunteers, or parent volunteers is required. Must have excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive, and Zoom. Bi-lingual Spanish and English speakers are preferred.
