- Early Intervention Teacher -Lewisburg
This person will be responsible for facilitating the language, cognitive, motor, social-emotional, and self-help growth of the children assigned to teacher using developmentally appropriate activities. The teacher is responsible for scheduling and conducting assessments and Multi-Disciplinary Evaluation (MDEs), developing Evaluation Reports (ERs), developing Individual Education Plans (IEPs), coordinating placements, monitoring progress and reporting progress to the families, and assigning / overseeing teaching assistants. The position will ensure that all early intervention services for children and their families are coordinated and comprehensive.
This person will assist the Early Intervention program with child find and evaluation of young children.
