What are the responsibilities and job description for the ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESSOR position at Central Tech?
Immediate opening for Administrative Processor, in Bristow.
Monday – Thursday from 8:30 – 4:30 and on Friday from 8:30 – 4:00. (Possibly could work around Vo-Tech schedule being part time to develop into full time.)
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Answering multi line phones/greeting clients/traveling to attorney’s office on a daily basis, misc trips to bank, etc/abstracting logs/copying abstract documents/mailing all invoices/UPS/Fedex.
Requirements: Strong work ethic, dependable transportation, desire to learn and succeed. Must have general computer knowledge and knowledge of Microsoft Systems. Prior experience is helpful but not required.
