Central Technical Assistance Center (CTAC) Technician
Central Technologies Inc. is looking for a CTAC Technician. This position is responsible for providing technical assistance to clients on-site and remote. The main responsibility will be to troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to clients for a variety of technologies related to K-12 Education and Security. Additional responsibilities include installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software systems. The job requires excellent communication skills, as the technician must be able to explain technical issues to non-technical clients in a clear and concise manner. The technician must also be able to work independently and/or as part of a team.
Basic Requirements:
· 1 year(s) experience working with IP cameras, Access Control, A/V, or similar work
· 1 year(s) experienced working in an IT Help Desk environment
· Ability to work independently or as a team
· Familiar with variety of Hand and Technical Tools
· Valid Driver’s License and obtain a satisfactory background check result
· Basic network understanding
Preferred Experience:
· Avigilon Cameras and/or Access Control
· Halo Sensors
· Aruba and/or Extreme Network equipment
· Three sixty intercom systems
· Audio Enhancement
· Datto Remote Monitoring and Management
· ConnectWise
