- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers with their needs.
- Handle outbound calling to follow up on customer concerns or inquiries.
- Analyze customer feedback and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
- Document all interactions with customers in our computerized system for tracking purposes.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Maintain knowledge of company policies, procedures, and product offerings to provide informed support.
- Assist in sales efforts by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer support role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English candidates are highly desirable.
- Ability to analyze problems and provide effective solutions quickly.
- Proficient in using office software and computerized systems for documentation and communication.
