- Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings, conferences, and other office events.

- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records.
```Qualifications```:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in office management is a plus.
- Proven experience as an office secretary or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
