Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Bilingual Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our lawn leveling crews, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator, able to lead and manage a team and provide excellent customer service in both English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate lawn leveling crews on job sites.
- Communicate directly with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or questions.
- Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Train and mentor crew members to maintain high levels of efficiency, safety, and professionalism.
- Monitor inventory and equipment to ensure proper maintenance and availability.
- Resolve any issues that arise during projects, ensuring minimal disruption to clients.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and quality.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (both written and spoken) is required.
- or a related field.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and efficiently.
- Knowledge of lawn leveling and equipment maintenance is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions and on various types of terrain.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
