Salary ranges from $70,000 to $90,000. Hours are Monday-Friday, 5:00 pm - 3:00 am. Ideal candidates possess strong leadership skills, including the ability to hire, coach, counsel, train, and mentor employees. They should also be detail-oriented, able to multi-task, and have excellent written, listening, and verbal communication skills.
The ideal candidate will oversee break bulk operations, manage up to 30 LTL drivers and dock personnel, ensure proper loading, and monitor hours and overtime. They will also maintain a safe work environment, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and support a culture of excellence in quality of product to internal and external customers.
Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
