POSITION: Office and Systems Manager
REPORTS TO: Finance and HR Manager, Executive Director
Employee Status: Full Time, Exempt
Compensation: $45,000 to $60,000 annual salarydepending upon experience.
Position Summary: To ensure the efficient operation of the affiliate by working with a team of staff members, families, committees and the Executive Director to promote effective programs and practices. Specifically, this individual will be charged with coordinating all office procedures that allow communication amongst the staff, affiliate committees, families and the board of directors. This position takes technical support lead for all team computer and software needs and serves as liaison between staff and technical support contractor. Team member must be able to give and receive direction in a positive and friendly manner. This position is primary point of contact for incoming communications for Central Valley Habitat for Humanity’s office location. Must create a positive, safe environment while keeping up-to-date systems and records.

Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in technology, business management, non-profit management or equivalent combination of education and work experience required.
- Prior office management experience.
- Proficiency with all common software suites such as Office 365 and QB Online experience preferred.
- Ability to stay positive, focused, and task oriented.
- Must pass Criminal Background Check and Sexual Offender Check.
- Ability to reliably commute to Bridgewater office location, Monday-Friday 8-5pm. Ability to travel to construction sites within Rockingham County. Ability to travel to ReStore in Harrisonburg.

· Work with IT support to ensure that affiliate technology is up to date and cost effective.
- Work as an effective and proactive team player. Collaboration, networking, and relationship-building skills are important. Attending and reporting organizational meetings.
- Professional demeanor for in-person, email, telephone and video conference communications.
· Work with marketing contractor and other resources to communicate affiliate needs and information.
· Promote customer service to ensure that issues are handled with the highest level of professionalism to avoid escalation and to promote understanding and quick resolution.
· Independent operation and maintenance of office resources and facilities.
· Knowledgeable in social media usage.
· Work with team and committees to ensure efficient organizational operations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to teach technology systems techniques to users with varying technical backgrounds.
- Transportation between affiliate locations. Other duties as required.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work effectively in an office environment with long periods of sitting. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
- Lifting 25lbs on a regular basis.
Experience:
Demonstrated independent responsibility for program development and management.
Should possess working knowledge of QuickBooks Online, Outlook, Office 365, recordkeeping, and data entry.
Preference to applicants that are knowledgeable in software that integrates fundraising, project scheduling, and donor development.
Employment Eligibility:
Is contingent on passing a background check, sex offender registry check, and may require fingerprinting. Employment is also contingent on the ability to provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States within three days of hire.
