DIRECTOR OF FACILITIES AND GROUNDS
Position responsible for day-to-day operations of all district facilities to include : 4 buildings, athletic facilities, maintenance garage, and district-owned vehicles. Supervision and development of work schedules and assignments for custodial staff, grounds staff, and maintenance technicians. Must be able to develop and manage a $500,000 plus budget and oversee capital improvements projects as well as plan for preventative maintenance.
Qualifications : 3 years of staff management experience required in the fields of custodial, maintenance, and grounds personnel. Strong leadership skills in a supervisory capacity is required. A technical degree or certification in the building trades is preferred.
