What are the responsibilities and job description for the Grounds and Facilities Supervisor position at Tri Boro Credit Union?
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2-5 years of prior related experience.
- A strong background in facilities management and maintenance, with experience in areas such as property landscaping, plumbing, electrical work, furnace and air conditioning maintenance, and general repairs.
- The ability to use hand and power tools, and perform physical labor involving moderate to heavy lifting, walking, bending, squatting, and climbing ladders.
- A valid Unexpired Driver's License for driving personal and credit union owned vehicles to work in all assigned locations.
- A professional appearance with no visible tattoos, facial or tongue piercings.
- Passing related background checks with no criminal records and may be required to pass an illegal Drug and Alcohol screening.
