Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is essential, along with the ability to interact professionally with staff and the public. This role requires exceptional time management, flexibility to meet operational demands, and the ability to work independently while handling frequent interruptions. Your Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Assist Clinical Managers with scheduling, document preparation, data reporting, and general office tasks.
- Communication & Confidentiality: Maintain client confidentiality and communicate professionally with patients, families, and staff.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Assists with electronic scheduling, track changes, and provide backup support as needed.
- Operations & Inventory: Oversee office functions, maintain records, and manage supply inventory.
- Meetings & Reporting: Record meeting minutes, transcribe physician orders, and track data reports.
