Position Summary :
We are seeking a positive, upbeat, and reliable Sterilization Tech to join our Ellensburg, WA team. Previous Healthcare experience is a plus but not a requirement. We value your enthusiasm and willingness to learn, and we'll provide comprehensive training to ensure your success in this critical role.

- Tuesday - Friday 8am-5pm schedule ( Possibly opening for 1-2 Mondays per month in the near future)
- Starting at $19 / hour, based on level of experience
Responsibilities :
Cleans, wraps, sterilizes, and disinfects instruments and equipment.Ensures compliance with all safety and infection control guidelines during the sterilization process.Maintains accurate records of sterilization cycles and equipment maintenance.Conducts routine inspections of sterilization equipment to ensure proper functioning.Maintains the functions of the instrument processing area / department, ensuring all sterilization protocols and infection control standards are met.Participates in ongoing training and education related to sterilization techniques and infection control practices.Demonstrates strong attention to detail with the ability to follow strict protocols and procedures.Has excellent organizational skills and can manage multiple tasks effectively.Works well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.Manages dental lab support tasks, including receiving and sending lab cases.Assists with inventory management, ensuring supplies are well-stocked and organized.Participates in basic lab work, contributing to the overall efficiency of our practice.Present safety training and education sessions at staff meetings.Ensure compliance with OSHA and Federal and State regulations.Follow the annual risk management and safety plans to provide training opportunities to ensure compliance.Conduct monthly drills related to all codes at each location. Provide analysis, feedback, improvement needed and retrain / re-educate staff as needed.Present safety training and education sessions at staff meetings.Follow and implement as assigned the annual risk management and safety plans for required training .Requirements :
