Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations across both practice locations
- Develop and mentor team members to achieve their full potential
- Manage financial operations, including budgeting and revenue cycle
- Oversee insurance and billing processes
- Drive practice growth and efficiency initiatives
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements
- Coordinate between clinical and administrative teams
- Implement quality assurance programs
- Lead hiring, training, and team development
- Manage vendor relationships and supply chain

Ideal Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of dental practice management experience
- Proven track record of practice growth and team development
- Strong financial management and business acumen
- Experience with dental practice management software
- Understanding of dental insurance and compliance requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare administration preferred
- Leadership experience in a multi-location healthcare setting
- Excellence in team building and conflict resolution
