Our Team
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented individual to join our Real Estate Department as a Mortgage Loan Servicing Specialist. This role will work closely with the Director of Real Estate Lending to provide operational and clerical support in all areas of real estate lending.
Key Responsibilities
- Servicing and reviewing real estate loan documents.
- Processing and funding real estate loans.
- Communicating with internal staff, members, and external parties regarding real estate loans.
Requirements
- Ability to present a professional image to management, staff, and outside contacts.
- Strong organizational, time management, problem-solving, customer service, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficient verbal and written skills to effectively communicate in the English language.
- Typing and 10-key skills with emphasis on accuracy.
- Excellent planning skills, both short and long-term planning, financial acumen, and analytical skills.
