We are looking for individuals who:
- Have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or business-related field OR;
- Have Master's degree (preferred)
- Have at least 4 years of CFO/Controller experience in a community behavioral health setting
- Meet the Qualifications listed in the Qualifications section below
The Role:
The Chief Financial Officer provides executive level leadership and oversight to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of agency operations.
What you will do:
- Integrate and align care across the system to help fulfill the varied requirements of payers
- Serve as the primary voice for financial strategy and operational decisions in support of CWCC's mission, vision, values and strategic priorities
- Supervisory responsibilities; Engage personnel under both direct and indirect supervision
- May perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or business-related field required
- Master's degree preferred
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
- Knowledge and experience with regulatory and other governing agencies (i.e. CARF, Joint Commission, Federal Government)
- Knowledge of insurance and managed care
- Minimum of 4 years' experience as CFO/Controller in community behavioral health setting required
- Completion of a pre-employment drug screen
- Completion of a background check
- Satisfactory Driving Record
