ROLE:
The Client Service Representative (CSR) is the first point of contact for our clients. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit Central Wyoming Counseling Center (CWCC).
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
• High school Diploma or GED required
Experience:
• Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software platforms
• Prefer CPC (coding); demonstrated ICD-10 proficiency; Experience with ICD-10 and behavioral health CPT codes, and healthcare reimbursement practices.
• Prefer professional certification (i.e. AAPC) in behavioral health coding
JOB SUMMARY:
The Client Service Representative is primarily responsible for offering administrative support across the organization. This position will coordinate front-desk activities, distribute correspondence, and re-direct phone calls.
