Job Title : Executive Director - Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Community (EDIC)
Seattle Colleges is looking to hire three Executive Directors for the Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Community offices for North, South and Central campuses. Salary Range : $119,970.00 to $165,671.00 annually (the expected starting annual rate of pay for this position is up to $145,000.00 depending on experience and qualifications).

Position Summary
Under the supervision of the Associate Vice Chancellor (AVC) of Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Community (EDIC), in consultation with each Seattle Colleges President, the Executive Director will provide oversight, support, and leadership to students and employees as part of our campus evolving anti-bias, anti-racist (ABAR) mission, and commitment to intersectional justice.
This position will oversee and lead the implementation of the Framework for Advancing Racial Equity and Anti-Racism Strategy on Campus, in alignment with the District's EDIC Strategic Plan. The Executive Director will work closely with the AVC EDIC, College Presidents, and other stakeholders to advance our campus communities toward becoming an anti-racist college district.
