Job Description:
- SucessFactors certifications in Compensation and/or Career Development and Succession Planning
- Designing, implementing and supporting complex business process in an SAP SuccessFactors environment.
- Designing and Implementing of end to end compensation cycles workflows and business rules.
- Knowledge in Variable pay configurations, STI and LTI configurations
- Linking the business requirements to the system capabilities to optimise the Compensation solution
- Experience in working with Integrations to third party systems for payroll.
- Configure application to meet customer needs while providing best-practice guidance on customer processes
- Good understanding of Compensation Cycle Management processes in global organization
- Designing, implementing and supporting complex business process in an SAP SuccessFactors environment.
- Continuously upgrade self and customers with the bi-annual upgrades in SuccessFactors
