Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Serve as the hands-on system administrator to lead and drive configuration and implementation of BlackLine Products – Account Reconciliation, Task Management, Transaction Matching and Journals
Demo and discuss client requirements
Coaches and consults with clients to advocate the features and functionality of BlackLine products during configuration in order to obtain buy-in and user adoption.
Communicates with key stakeholders to ensure risk awareness, set expectations, and define next steps in a timely manner.
Work with team members in India to drive efficiency across the board for the project.
Cross-functional collaboration and communication to quickly understand, troubleshoot, find root cause, and resolve system issues for BlackLine end users. Trains and advises clients to properly use appropriate products to best fit their individual needs based on best practices and use cases.
Offers recommendations for improving system performance gaps and system options to increase efficiencies and achieve best practice standards.
Work with BlackLine Product team to test functionality in case of product updates.
Drives and manages all support tickets to resolve issues within SLA.
Assesses and troubleshoots application issues during the support period.
Performs other tasks and responsibility
