Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience as a Dynamics CRM Developer with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Languages & Tools:
Strong knowledge of C#, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Familiarity with Dynamics 365 SDK and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
Knowledge of XRM framework and Web Services (REST, SOAP).
Experience with Azure DevOps for source control and deployment.
Database & CRM Experience:
Strong understanding of SQL Server, FetchXML, and OData for data querying.
Experience with customizing Entities, Fields, Forms, and Views within Dynamics 365.
Experience with Workflows, Plugins, and Custom Actions in Dynamics 365.
Certifications: Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Developer Associate) are a plus.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot complex issues, identify root causes, and provide practical solutions.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
