Position: Genesys Cloud CX Developer
Location: Plano, TX ONSITE Hybrid
Job Type: Fulltime
Job Description
- Design and Development experience in Genesys Cloud CX and Genesys Architecture.
- Experience in Genesys Cloud CX administration, configuration and implementation.
- Strong experience Node.JS/ Rest ,SOAP and Genesys APIs.
- Experience creating dashboards for monitoring queue activity, performance and interactions.
- Strong Experience in Gensys Cloud admin and configurations including contact center ,telephony, routing, people and permissions and outbound.
- Experience in Genesys installation and configuration in appFoundry.
- Troubleshooting experiences with the issues in configuring and routing related issues.
Desired skills.:
- Experience with Genesys on-prem and understanding of various Genesys components and composer development.
- Exposure for Java/J2EE development and API Development /Scripting integration
- Genesys Cloud CX certification preferred.
