PRACTICE ADMINISTRATOR/OFFICE MANAGER - PLASTIC SURGERY PRACTICE
Looking for a dynamic, energetic and organized Practice Administrator for a fast paced, prominent full service Plastic Surgery practice to oversee all practice activities and assist in leading the development and implementation of new business opportunities and practice improvement strategies.
This position is responsible for all business office, financial, human resources, patient scheduling, patient acquisition, marketing, and business development activities. This position supervises all office and clinical personnel and is responsible for developing a strong team to provide an exceptional patient experience and develop and implement internal and external programs to maintain the practice’s position as the market leader. This position is responsible for the overall patient experience and developing a practice environment that is patient focused. The ideal candidate must thrive in a service environment.
Candidate must have strong leadership, management and business development experience, exceptional analytical, communication and team building skills, be detail oriented, and have the ability to effectively develop and sustain multiple simultaneous tasks and projects. Candidate must be able to work independently in identifying and solving problems and be able to clearly convey expectations to staff and ensure that goals are translated into action plans with clear directions, timelines, expected results and follow up.
Must have a professional presentation that is representative of our upscale practice, be able to represent the practice to a wide range of outside business and professional constituents, be highly motivated and work well both individually and in a team environment. Candidate will be held responsible for creating weekly/monthly benchmarking reports, as well as the attainment of monthly, quarterly and annual goals.
Experience/Requirements:
§ College degree required
§ Proven record of excellence in a management role, including operations and business development activities. Strong analytical and financial skills.
§ Medical office experience in the areas of Plastic Surgery, Cosmetic Dentistry or Dermatology would be beneficial, but not required.
§ Will consider experience in hospitality and retail sales industry.
§ Demonstrated strong communication, leadership, team building and interpersonal skills are a must.
