Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily development and administrative tasks. This position requires strong communication skills, proficiency in office software and database management, and the ability to multitask effectively in a Non-profit environment.
Duties
Executive Director Support
- Provide overall administrative support for the Executive Director
- Assist in scheduling meetings for the Executive Director
- Record and manage donor interactions conducted by the Executive Director
Development Support
- Assist in the coordination and execution of fundraising campaigns and donor outreach projects
- Prepare reports and analyze data to identify trends and track donor engagement.
- Assist with and attend all events with Events Coordinator
CRM Maintenance & Tasks
- Complete donor-related projects in the CRM system, such as Almost Lapsed process, Donor Anniversary process, Constituent Report process, and others as assigned by the Development Team Lead
- Perform regular maintenance tasks within the CRM system as directed by the Development Team Lead
Donor Search Implementation
- Conduct research using DonorSearch Software to identify potential donors, foundations, and funding opportunities to expand CVIM’s donor base
Qualifications
1. 2 years of relevant experience, including project coordination
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, database management, and research skills
3. Strong planning, multitasking abilities, detail oriented
4. Effective written and verbal communication skills
5. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a mission-driven, team-oriented environment, engaging professionally with all levels of management, staff, patients, and volunteers
