What are the responsibilities and job description for the COTA Home Care position at Centrex Rehab?

We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to work in home care, full-time, 30 hours per week, in the Twin Cities Metro and surrounding areas. We are offering a 15k bonus for signing on with us!

This position and location is eligible for :

Hourly base pay rate between $25.22 and $33.32 depending on years of experience

Generous $15,000 signing bonus

Requirements

Education : Graduate of an approved School of Therapy

Experience : Current license / registration in the State of Minnesota plus a minimum of 1 year of experience in Physical Therapy, home care experience is a plus!

Ability to work cooperatively with others

Ability to work independently

Demonstrates good documentation skills

Ability to communicate effectively through oral and written skills

Demonstrates good organization and time management skills

Demonstrate knowledge of therapy payers
