We have the leadership in place to support at least 1 Clinician-in-training at our West Valley Academy - LSAA Glendale!
LSAA is a division of Centria Autism, where we are leading experts in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Our clinicians develop individualized programs for each of our clients, targeting the goals of the client and family. Here, we focus our compassionate, assent-based techniques towards Early Intervention. LSAA is an ABA program for children, ages 6 and younger.

Requirements :
- Must be currently enrolled in a qualifying ABA Masters program or Post-masters program, in accordance with the BACB guidelines for the BCBA's education requirements.
- Must have at minimum of 750-hours of fieldwork accrued in order to be considered. These hours must be clearly documented on Monthly Verification Forms. (We prefer those that have some Unrestricted Hours)

Center Hours : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00am - 4 : 30pm
Compensation : $55,000 - $65,000 per year (negotiable) monthly bonus opportunity

This particular opportunity is for our Life Skills Autism Academy in Glendale. Monday - Friday, 8 : 00am-4 : 30pm AZ Time.
Physical Requirements :
While performing the duties of this job, the team member may be exposed to a client who exhibits physically aggressive behavior, which can include kicking, pinching, punching, biting, etc. The team member may have to use appropriate behavior management techniques with a client under such circumstances. Such a response requires agility, quick reflexes, and the ability to use physically evasive movement. The team member will be required to stand, walk, sit, grasp, reach, bend, kneel, crouch, squat, hear, type, and write. The team member will also be exposed to normal office conditions and usual office equipment such as phone, computer, copiers, files, etc. The team member must be able to independently push, pull, lift, move, and carry objects weighing up to thirty-five (35) lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include near, far, and field of vision.
