Job Description
We are seeking individuals who are passionate about working with children and making a meaningful difference in their lives. As a Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Our ideal candidate is someone who is patient, understanding, and able to connect with children on a deep level. You will need to be comfortable standing, walking, sitting, grasping, reaching, bending, kneeling, crouching, squatting, lifting, and at times carrying children or objects that weigh up to 50 pounds.
