We are seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide private duty nursing for a kind and soft-spoken woman transitioning home from Mary Freebed to her residence in Kalamazoo. She requires 24/7 skilled nursing care along with 24/7 attendant care, with an aide on shift alongside the nurse for additional support.

Responsibilities:

Provide skilled nursing care in a home setting

Monitor and manage medical needs, medications, and therapies

Work collaboratively with a dedicated aide on shift

Ensure comfort, dignity, and safety in her home environment

Communicate with family and medical professionals as needed
Qualifications:
✔ Active RN or LPN license in Michigan
✔ Experience in home health, private duty nursing, or rehabilitation care preferred
✔ Strong clinical skills, including medication management, wound care, and mobility assistance
✔ Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care
✔ Excellent communication and teamwork skills
