In this role, you will:
- Generate New Business at Target Accounts and perform Account Management for Existing Accounts.
- Meet direct sales objectives by working with clients and prospects on analyzing needs, gathering data and developing / proposing solutions.
- Proactively identify and cultivate new client relationships aligned with Centric's growth strategies and Target Account list.
- Expand Centric's footprint within existing client accounts by nurturing established relationships and cultivating new relationships.
- Utilize consulting industry knowledge and tools to recommend Target Accounts and identify prospective buyers.
- Provide an unmatched client experience through exceptional delivery at Managed Accounts.
- Collaborate with Marketing to generate leads and support New Business development initiatives.
- Participate in networking events to build relationships and stay informed about market trends.
- Interface effectively with client personnel at all organizational levels to build enduring relationships.
- Contribute to long-range strategic planning and tactical execution aligned with Centric's mission and growth objectives.
- Generate Leads and qualify Opportunities by quantifying client needs, assessing budgetary considerations, and client decision-making process & timing.
- Work with Centric Leadership and Subject-Matter Experts to develop pursuit strategies and oversee the proposal creation process.
- Utilize Customer Relationship Management and other tools to track and measure key sales metrics and implement account strategies.
- Be measured and rewarded for your success. Expected Annual Sales targets are $1-3M initially. A strong salesperson will achieve over $5M annually.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in consultative sales and/or solution delivery roles, selling project-based IT and business consulting services as well as high-end staff augmentation.
- Established professional relationships with Director to C-level leaders in the North Carolina / South Carolina area and a deep knowledge of the greater Southeast market.
- Track record of building and maintaining a strong customer base through trusted-advisor relationships.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for business development, ensuring client satisfaction, and delivery leadership & oversight.
- Desire to learn and to gain a deep understanding of Centric's service offerings.
- Ability to deliver compelling presentations in client-facing environments.
- Strong team building and management skills.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional experiences for clients and colleagues alike.
