Responsibilities
- Guide clients through the buying, selling, and leasing processes of residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct market research to provide clients with current property values and trends.
- Develop marketing strategies to promote listings through various channels, including social media and open houses.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service throughout the transaction process.
- Negotiate contracts on behalf of clients, ensuring their best interests are represented.

- Prepare necessary documentation for transactions, including contracts, agreements, and disclosures.
