My client is seeking an experienced Structures Systems Manager to lead the development of combat vehicle chassis structures. This role requires a proven leader with expertise in vehicle chassis design, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the development of combat vehicle chassis structures based on system-level requirements.
- Perform and coordinate system and subsystem performance analysis, including structural integrity and response.
- Work with internal teams and external vendors to assess the survivability of structure designs.
- Manage the design of subsystems such as ramps, hatches, and access panels.
- Lead a team of engineers and designers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across all levels.
