Gaia, our advanced conversational bot platform powered by proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) and Natural Language Understanding (NLU), has already made significant strides in Italy. We are now seeking to expand this innovative technology across additional markets, including Iberia, Eastern Europe, LATAM, and the US.
TECHNICAL SALES
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional who, reporting directly to the Head of Tech Sales, will be responsible for supporting and facilitating the expansion of our business in the US, identifying and creating new market opportunities in the technology sector, consistent with the Group's commercial strategy aimed at achieving growth objectives as a tech company.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling software solutions to maximize the Customer Experience, targeting mainly the SME (small and medium Enterprise) market; specifically, he / she will have the opportunity to promote the proprietary CX Gaia suite solution , based on GenAI for optimizing customer relationships.
The resource will need to combine technical and interpersonal skills, as he or she will need to have a deep knowledge of software and organizational products and processes while at the same time being able to relate to different stakeholders, such as Marketing and Digital marketing managers, Innovation Managers, IT managers, technical teams, business managers, and executives.
Main responsibilities :
- Identify and acquire new customers, building long-term strategic relationships.
- Present and demonstrate Gaia's CX software solutions , illustrating their technical advantages and operational benefits
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of offered solutions with specific customer needs
- Gather feedback from customers and maintain an ongoing dialogue to ensure maximum satisfaction and timely resolution of any problems
- Develop sales strategies and growth plans, aiming to increase market share and exceed sales targets
- Analyze and understand the market, identifying trends and opportunities for enhancing the solutions offered
