Job Summary / Accountability
The Business Development (BD) Executive is responsible for the Growth and overall Profit & Loss (P&L) of the District Energy Systems in serving the various business districts in the greater Los Angeles area. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing the go to market strategy and long term business plans for the systems in coordination with the executive leadership team.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Champion CenTrio’s goals of achieving Operational Excellence and Quality Growth.
- Directly responsible for capital project management budgets and the full income statement responsibility for the operations.
- Oversee the operation of all assets, safety, and employee relations.
- Build relationships with existing customers and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Engage with local stakeholders and community leaders to advance CenTrio’s sustainability goals.
Essential Duties for BD Executive : (Other duties may be assigned)
The BD Executive must be personable, outgoing and eager to engage with customers to increase satisfaction and grow the business. A successful candidate must have experience in managing critical operations and dispatch of chilled water, steam, hot water or electricity in a campus environment with strong business development experience.
