Position: Executive Assistant (Part-Time)

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support to the CEO, including schedule management, correspondence, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and assistance with regulatory examinations.
- Facilitate communication and provide administrative support to the Board of Directors and Supervisory Committee members, including scheduling, travel coordination, preparation and distribution of board packets, and transcribing meeting minutes.
- Organize and execute various internal and external meetings, including monthly Board Meetings, Annual Strategic Planning Sessions, and quarterly Management Meetings.
- Manage event planning responsibilities, including off-site coordination and execution.
- Research, recommend, and implement decisions for assigned projects.
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information
- High School diploma or equivalent plus two years of post-secondary education or related experience.
- Five years of progressive administrative support experience, including at least one year of C-Suite experience.
- At least two years of event planning experience (including off-site coordination).
- Proficiency in MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Exceptional organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
