Job Overview:
We are seeking an ambitious and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, identifying sales opportunities, and driving the growth of our outsourced contact center services. You will engage with potential clients, understand their business needs, and introduce them to our customized solutions, all while providing exceptional customer service from initial contact to sales closure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Research and identify potential clients across various industries who could benefit from our outsourced contact center solutions. Reach out through cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling to initiate conversations and generate qualified leads.
- Client Engagement: Understand the specific challenges faced by potential clients in managing their customer service needs and present our contact center services as an ideal solution.
- Qualifying Opportunities: Qualify inbound leads, assess their needs, and schedule follow-up meetings or product demonstrations with the sales team to further nurture the opportunity.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain a well-organized CRM database, track interactions, and ensure timely follow-ups with leads. Accurately log all activities and report on lead generation metrics.
- Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with VP of Partnerships to ensure smooth handoffs of qualified leads, share insights, and assist in closing deals.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up to date on industry trends, competitors, and our services to effectively communicate our value proposition to potential clients.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales development, lead generation, or business development role, ideally within the B2B space.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage prospects and build relationships.
- A self-starter with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce) and lead-generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach).
- Ability to quickly grasp complex concepts and communicate them clearly.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- A passion for sales and a drive to meet and exceed goals.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience selling outsourced services, particularly contact center solutions, is a plus.
- Knowledge of the customer service outsourcing landscape and challenges businesses face with in-house customer support.
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
