Bartender

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and hospitality industry, with experience in fast-paced environments. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests by providing exceptional service, crafting delicious beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
• Engage with customers to take drink orders, recommend menu items, and provide excellent service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies as needed.
• Handle cash register operations accurately, processing payments and managing tabs efficiently.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Monitor customer behavior to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting any shortages or discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the food service or hospitality industry is preferred, particularly in bartending or related roles.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods.
• Familiarity with retail math to manage cash register operations effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor to engage with customers positively.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, in a fast-paced setting.
• A willingness to help others and provide outstanding customer service at all times.

Pay: $11.00 per hour
